This blackwater tank with horizontal macerator is a pre-assembled 12 V unit for collecting and macerating blackwater from manual and electric marine toilets. The product designation is 103 l, while the tank's verified net volume is 105 l.
The electric macerator 50.220.12-E01 is mounted horizontally on the tank, so the system is delivered assembled and ready for installation. An integrated shut-off valve allows the macerator to be isolated for maintenance.
The tank has an A-dimension of 1050 mm, a B-dimension of 390 mm, and a C-dimension of 300 mm. The macerator outlet is Ø 25 mm. The inlet has 1 1/2" and 3/4" female threads, the vent has 3/4" female thread, and the manual emergency emptying has 1 1/2" female thread.
A pre-drilled five-hole flange makes the tank ready for mounting a separate level sensor. Internal protection for the level sensor is included, and the maximum length for the float or level sender is 25 cm. The level sensor itself must be ordered separately.
Integrated mounting points are prepared for the optional stainless steel mounting bracket, item no. 52.195.00. Fitting group 52 in nylon or group 17 in metal can be used as connection material.
The tank installation is manufactured according to ISO 8099 for waste holding systems on small craft.
