Blackwater tank with horizontal macerator and hose nozzles is a pre-assembled 24 V tank unit with a 70-liter net volume for the collection and controlled discharge of blackwater from marine toilet installations. The tank is compatible with both manual and electric marine toilets.
The integrated electric macerator is mounted horizontally and shreds waste during discharge. A shut-off valve between the tank and the macerator allows the macerator to be disconnected for service without having to dismantle the entire tank installation.
The tank measures 795 × 390 × 300 mm and has a Ø16 mm hose nozzle for venting as well as a Ø25 mm macerator outlet. The technical design also includes two Ø38 mm connections. The unit is supplied assembled and installation-ready with recesses for mounting brackets; the optional stainless steel bracket (item no. 52.195.00) can be used for installation.
A pre-drilled 5-hole flange makes the tank ready for the installation of a separate level sensor with a maximum length of 25 cm. The level sensor is not included. The sensor location is protected as part of the tank construction.
The blackwater tank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099 for toilet systems and holding tanks in small craft.
