This black water tank with horizontal macerator pump has a net volume of 105 l and is designed for the collection and discharge of black water from marine toilet installations. The tank is supplied fully assembled and ready for installation with a 24 V DC electric macerator pump.
The unit is compatible with both manual and electric toilet units. The self-priming macerator pump grinds the contents during discharge and delivers up to 43 l/min. At a 3 m head height, the flow rate is 23 l/min., and the power consumption is 6 A at 24 V. The pump inlet is Ø 38 mm, while the outlet is Ø 25 mm.
The tank has filling connections with 1 1/2" and 3/4" internal threads, a 3/4" internal thread for venting, as well as a 1 1/2" internal thread for manual emergency emptying. An integrated shut-off valve makes it possible to isolate and remove the macerator pump for service.
The product dimensions are given as A × B × C: 1050 × 390 × 300 mm. The tank is prepared for horizontal mounting and has molded recesses for the optional mounting plate with item no. 52.195.00.
A five-hole flange is prepared for the installation of a separate level sensor with a maximum float length of 25 cm. The level sensor is not included, but the tank is supplied with protection around the sensor area. The tank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099.
The included macerator pump has item no. 50.220.24 and is CE-certified according to EN ISO 8846. A replacement impeller for the pump has item no. 16.193.73.
