Black water tank with horizontal macerator pump with 40-litre net volume and 12 V operation for the collection and discharge of black water from marine toilets. The tank is supplied assembled and ready for installation and is compatible with both manual and electric marine toilet systems.
The factory-fitted, self-priming macerator pump shreds the sewage before discharge. The pump has a maximum capacity of 43 l/min and delivers 23 l/min at a 3 m head. Power consumption is 12 A, and the pump outlet is Ø 25 mm. A shut-off valve makes it possible to close the drain when the pump requires maintenance.
The tank measures 500 × 390 × 300 mm and features 1 1/2" and 3/4" female threaded inlets. The vent has a 3/4" female thread, while the manual emergency drain has a 1 1/2" female thread. The horizontal design is prepared for mounting with the optional tank mounting bracket 52.195.00.
An international 5-hole flange makes the tank ready for mounting a separate level sensor with a maximum float length of 25 cm. The level sensor is not included. The tank also features protection at the sensor location.
The tank system is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099 for marine sanitation and black water systems. The included macerator pump 50.220.12 is CE-certified according to EN ISO 8846. The pump impeller can be replaced with spare impeller 16.193.73.
