Black water tank with horizontal macerator pump is a rigid 60-litre tank for the collection and pump-out of black water from marine toilets. The unit is supplied assembled and ready for installation with a pre-mounted 24 V electric macerator pump.
The tank is compatible with all manual and electric marine toilets. It has inlets with 1½" and ¾" female threads, a vent with a ¾" female thread, and a separate 1½" female thread for manual emergency emptying. The macerator pump outlet has a diameter of 25 mm.
The included self-priming macerator pump has a maximum capacity of 43 l/min and delivers 23 l/min at a 3 m head. Power consumption is 6 A at 24 V. A shut-off valve between the tank and pump makes it possible to remove the pump for maintenance without first opening the other tank connections.
The tank measures 650 × 390 × 300 mm and is made of blue MDPE/polyethylene. It features an inspection opening, sensor protection, and a pre-drilled five-hole flange for mounting a level sensor or float of up to 25 cm. The level sensor is not included and must be ordered separately.
Recesses in the tank are designed for the separately available mounting bracket, item no. 52.195.00. The included pump has component no. 50.220.24, and the replaceable impeller has item no. 16.193.73. The tank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099, while the pump component is CE certified in accordance with EN ISO 8846.
