Blackwater tank with horizontal macerator pump of 80 l for collection and pumped discharge of blackwater from marine toilet systems. The complete unit has a factory-mounted 12 V electric macerator pump and is delivered pre-assembled and ready for installation.
The tank is compatible with manual and electric marine toilets. The integrated, self-priming macerator pump has a maximum capacity of 43 l/min and delivers 23 l/min at a 3 m head height. The pump outlet is Ø 25 mm, while the pump inlet is Ø 38 mm.
Connections include inlet threads with 1 1/2" and 3/4" female threads, a 3/4" female thread for venting, as well as a 1 1/2" female thread for manual emergency discharge. A built-in shut-off valve makes it possible to isolate the macerator pump for maintenance purposes.
The product dimensions are 800 × 390 × 300 mm. The tank is prepared for mounting with the optional tank bracket 52.195.00 and has an international 5-hole flange for a level sensor. A guard for the level sensor is included, while the sensor itself is ordered separately. The maximum compatible float length is 25 cm.
The complete tank unit is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099. The integrated macerator pump is CE-certified according to EN ISO 8846. Replacement impeller 16.193.73 can be used when servicing the included pump 50.220.12.
