Black water tank with horizontal macerator pump and hose connectors is a pre-assembled 70-litre holding tank for the collection and discharge of black water from manual and electric marine toilets. The tank is supplied with a 12 V electric macerator pump and comes fully assembled and ready for installation.
The included self-priming macerator pump 50.220.12 has a free flow of 43 l/min and delivers 23 l/min at a 3 m head. The pump uses 12 A and has a 38 mm inlet and a 25 mm outlet. An integrated shut-off valve makes it possible to isolate or remove the macerator for maintenance purposes.
The tank has a vent with a hose connector for a 16 mm hose. A pre-drilled five-hole flange and a protective housing are integrated for the installation of a level sensor. The sensor is not included and must be ordered separately; the maximum float length is 25 cm.
The product measures 795 × 390 × 300 mm and has integrated holders for mounting brackets. Stainless steel mounting plate 52.195.00 can be used as an optional accessory.
The tank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099. The included macerator pump is CE certified according to EN ISO 8846. Spare impeller 16.193.73 can be used when servicing the pump.
