Mirror-polished stainless steel deck filler with flush opening and integrated handle is intended for filling gasoline in marine fuel systems. This straight variant has a nominal Ø 50 mm connection neck and a flange with a nominal diameter of 80 mm.
The flush-mounted design means that the cover and the integrated opening handle lie flush with the flange when the deck filler is closed. The cover is opened via the handle and is connected to the filler neck by a safety chain, which holds the cover in place during refueling.
The deck filler is manufactured from mirror-polished stainless steel and features a precision-cast cover. The flange has three mounting holes for attachment to the boat deck or a similar filling surface. The straight neck extends downwards from the flange.
The outer rim is marked with FUEL, and this gasoline variant has a red handle/cover insert. The marking allows for direct identification of the correct filler on the deck.
