Waste water tank with built-in Whale Gulper pump is a pre-assembled 100-liter tank for fixed marine sanitation and black water installations. The integrated 12 V pump allows the tank to be emptied electrically and is intended for handling toilet waste water.
The Whale Gulper pump is self-priming and has a capacity of 18 l/min. It can run dry and pump a mixture of air and waste water. The impeller-free diaphragm design is developed to handle non-macerated toilet waste with a low risk of blockage. The pump has a maximum suction lift and discharge head of 3 m and can also be included in vacuum toilet systems.
The tank's inlets and outlets are designed for hose connection to limit the number of threaded joints. This reduces the number of potential connection points where odors can escape. The pump inlet and outlet fit 38 mm hoses, equivalent to 1½ inches. The dimension drawing also shows a Ø25 mm port, but the function of the port is not specified.
The tank measures 1000 mm in length, 385 mm in width, and 378 mm in height. It has a flat bottom, an inspection hatch, and a 5-hole flange for a separate level sensor. The sensor is not included, and the maximum float length is 35 cm.
The unit is prepared with recesses for mounting hooks item no. 52.195.00. Check compatibility before ordering, as the current compatibility list for the bracket does not specifically include this tank family. The built-in pump has item no. 50.113.12, and maintenance kit 50.113.99 with diaphragm, valves, and screws is available separately.
The tank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099. The pump construction includes nylon/fiberglass, Hypalon rubber, brass, and stainless steel.
