This wastewater tank with built-in macerator pump has a net volume of 112 l and is designed for 24 V marine toilet installations. It is supplied assembled and ready for installation and is compatible with both manual and electric marine toilets.
The integrated, self-priming macerator pump shreds and pumps out the tank contents. The pump has a maximum capacity of 43 l/min and delivers 23 l/min at a 3 m head. A shut-off valve makes it possible to isolate the pump during maintenance. The included pump has part no. 50.220.24, and spare impeller 16.193.73 can be used for the pump.
The tank is made of blue medium-density polyethylene (PE MD) and measures 650 × 490 × 400 mm. The design features a 100 mm notch as well as prepared mounts for installation with bracket 52.195.00, which is ordered separately.
Connections include 1½″ and ¾″ female thread inlets, a ¾″ female thread for venting, and a 1½″ female thread for manual emergency drainage. The macerator pump has a Ø 38 mm inlet and a Ø 25 mm outlet.
A pre-drilled five-hole flange makes the tank ready for mounting a level sensor. The sensor is ordered separately, and the maximum compatible float length is 39 cm. The tank design also includes protection for the level sensor. The tank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099, while the included macerator pump is CE certified according to EN ISO 8846.
