Description
Star Brite Teak cleaner, Step 1 is ideal for use on teak furniture and outdoor decks that have been severely weathered. Teak cleaner contains no dangerous acids and will not damage fiberglass or painted surfaces. Prepares fine woods for oiling and sealing.
Application for teak wood that is badly weathered (grey or black)
1. Apply Star Brite Teak cleaner for teak wood directly to the dry wood.
2. Spread the cleaner with a stiff-bristled cleaning brush or scouring pad.
3. Allow Star Brite Teak cleaner to remain on the surface for approximately two to three minutes and then scrub the wood with the grain to achieve a deep clean.
4. Clean with water. After the wood is completely clean, apply Star Brite Teak cleaner, Step 2 which highlights the wood's structure and natural color.
