Description
Star Brite Teak cleaner, Step 2 is ideal for use on teak furniture and outdoor decks that have been severely weathered.
Teak cleaner highlights the natural color and texture of the wood and does not damage fiberglass or painted surfaces.
Application for teak wood that is badly weathered (grey or black)
1. If the wood is dirty and/or stained, first treat it with Star Brite Teak cleaner, Step 1.
2. Shake well. Apply with a sponge, cloth or brush in the direction of the wood grain. Leave the polish on the surface for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with fresh water. For best results, the product should be used at a temperature above 10°C. It is recommended to use rubber gloves.
3. Immediately wipe up spills and drips from surfaces that are not to be treated.
4. Apply teak oil or teak oil sealer to preserve and protect the cleaned wood.
