Description
Star Brite Ultimate Aluminum Polish with PTEF® is specifically formulated for use on uncoated aluminum surfaces. The polish creates a barrier against dirt, stains and UV rays, preventing the shiny surface from becoming dull and lifeless.
Star Brite Ultimate Aluminum Polish with PTEF® is ideal for all aluminum boats and other aluminum surfaces. The polish can be applied by hand or with a buffer and provides a dark shine in minutes, removes light oxidation and helps preserve restored surfaces.
PTEF® is Star Brite's registered trademark for polytetrafluoroethylene.
Application
1. Wash the surface to be polished to remove dirt and grime.
2. Shake the bottle thoroughly. Apply evenly with a clean, dry cloth to small areas in a circular, overlapping motion to ensure even coverage.
4. Rub thoroughly; the polish works while wet, so apply to the cloth as needed. Discoloration on the cloth is caused by oxidation or removal of "dead paint." Shake the cloth clean or replace as needed to avoid rubbing oxidation into the polished area. Chalky, oxidizing surfaces may require additional application.
5. Once the polish has formed a thin film, polish the treated area with a soft, dry cloth, making sure to shake off the debris from the cloth or replace it as needed.
