This pan holder set with flame protection for the Techimpex gas hob is model-specific accessory for the 2-burner Seafarer 2. The set is designed to secure and position pans on the hob, ensuring cookware does not shift due to the movement of the boat.
The set includes pan holders and flame protection, also referred to as heat shields. The holders slide onto a mounting rail and can be moved to the desired position. Once the pan is centered over the relevant burner, the holders are locked in place with the locking nut.
The mounting rail is screwed into the countertop. The adjustable design allows the holders to be placed around the cookware to secure it during use. The set is an optional accessory for the Techimpex Seafarer 2 gas hob, item no. 50.100.52.
The pan holders can become hot during cooking. Until the parts have cooled down, they should only be touched by the adjustment screws.
