This Techno Heavy Duty busbar with transparent cover is designed for the common distribution of electric current between multiple connections. This variant has 20 branch terminals with a nominal diameter of 4 mm and 2 power terminals with a nominal diameter of 6 mm.
The busbar is rated for a continuous current of 150 A and a voltage of up to 48 V. The common electrical rail consolidates the connection points into one compact unit, providing a total of 22 documented terminals.
The base is made of technopolymer, while the live rails are made of tinned copper. The screws are made of stainless steel. The transparent cover is included and allows the terminals to be viewed without first removing the cover.
The cables are attached directly to the copper rail without intermediate nuts. At the same time, the design allows the power cables to be oriented in any direction, providing flexibility for cable routing and installation.
The base measures 149 × 32 mm. The terminal specifications 20 × 4 mm and 2 × 6 mm describe the number of terminals and their nominal diameter, respectively, and are therefore not the external dimensions of the product.
