This Heavy Duty busbar with transparent cover from the Techno Bus Bar Heavy Duty series is the Maxi Bus Bar variant for power distribution in electrical installations. It features six high-power connections with 8 mm terminal studs and a continuous current rating of 250 A.
The busbar can be used at voltages up to 48 V. The six identical high-power connections are designed for cable lugs with holes for 8 mm terminal studs. This variant has no separate branch terminals.
The base is made of technopolymer, while the conductive bar is made of tinned copper. Screws and mounting hardware are made of stainless steel. The transparent cover is included and allows for visibility of the connections.
The cables are attached directly to the copper busbar without an intermediate nut between the cable lug and the bar. The design also allows the connected power cables to be oriented in any direction. The base measures 197 × 38 mm.
