Tecma Sanisplit NK greywater transfer system in the 220 V version is an automatic system for collecting, macerating, and pumping away grey wastewater on board. It offers greater flexibility for the placement of sinks, bidets, showers, bathtubs, washing machines, tumble dryers with drains, dishwashers, and condensate drains from air conditioning units.
The system uses a powerful centrifugal/macerator pump, which is automatically activated by a pressure switch when water flows into the internal collection tank. The pump has a capacity of 270 l/min and conveys the wastewater to a separate collection tank. An integrated non-return valve prevents backflow, while the macerator function reduces the risk of clogging.
The Sanisplit NK is designed for quiet operation with an internal rubber tank and a noise-reduced pump. The patented split design divides the system into a fixed tank and pipe section and a removable mechanical part with pump and pressure switch. The removable part can be detached for service without disconnecting the fixed hose and pipe connections.
The unit features two DN ID40 female connections for inlet and one DN ID40 female connection for outlet, all with a 40 mm internal diameter. The connections can be routed from the back or side depending on the installation, and the unit also has a separate connection for tank ventilation. The product measures 270 × 470 × 175 mm in height, width, and depth, has a white plastic housing, and a net weight of 8.0 kg.
The 220 V variant operates within 220–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. The power is 600 W, the maximum power consumption is 3.5 A, and a 5 A fuse is recommended. The unit is IP55 rated and must be mounted in a dry location without risk of submersion or direct water exposure. When installed for a shower, the unit must be placed at least 200 mm below the lowest point of the shower tray so that the pressure switch receives the necessary pressure head.
Up to three units can be connected, which must be used separately and intermittently. No more than one connected consumer may have a potentially continuous discharge. The maximum horizontal pumping length is 90 m, the maximum vertical lift is 10 m, and the greywater temperature may be up to 70 °C for a maximum of 10 minutes. In the event of a power failure, connected installations must not be used, as incoming water cannot be pumped away.
For service, the power must be switched off, the side cover removed, and the water drained through the tank's drain plug. Common cleaning agents can be used, but agents based on vinegar, acetone, or trichloroethylene as well as gel- and foam-based products should be avoided. The documented level and overflow sensor T-PF.P36 can be used together with the system via a DN40 T-connection.
