TECMA Silence Plus 2G electric marine toilet is a floor-mounted 12 V model with a large toilet bowl, an All-in-One control panel, and above-floor installation. The bowl is 510 mm deep and designed to provide seating comfort comparable to a standard household toilet. This variant is supplied without an integrated bidet.
The toilet features an Italian ceramic bowl and a seat with a lid, wood core, and polyester coating. The integrated discharge system consists of a MAC 11 macerator pump, discharge hose, and an air intake/anti-siphon valve. The toilet is secured around the base using a floor-mounted fixation system.
The standard installation connects to the boat's pressurized freshwater system via the included solenoid valve system. The recommended water pressure is 3 bar, and water consumption can be adjusted from 0.5 to 2.7 liters per flush. The solenoid valve has a 1/2" internal thread, while the toilet's water intake has a 1/2" hose barb.
The integrated MAC 11 macerator pump shreds waste and transports it through the discharge system to a holding tank. The pump system's maximum component performance is 270 l/min, with up to 11 m vertical lift and up to 90 m horizontal pumping distance. The actual performance depends on the length of the discharge hose, lift height, bends, and backpressure. A discharge hose with an internal diameter of approximately 38.5 mm is used, and the recommended fuse for the 12 V macerator pump is 40 A.
The included All-in-One panel has the control integrated into the wall interface and supports automatic bowl refilling or standard dual-function operation before and after use. If the toilet is to use seawater instead of the boat's pressurized freshwater system, a separate 12 V water intake pump is required. A pump with item no. 16.525.12 can be used for this installation and is not included.
The toilet is intended for human waste and toilet paper. Wet wipes, paper towels, sanitary products, dental floss, and other foreign objects must not be flushed. The ceramic should be cleaned with non-abrasive agents; chlorine, strong acids, and petroleum-based cleaning agents should be avoided as they can damage the pump's rubber components.
