TECMA Silence Plus 2G electric marine toilet is a black 24 V DC model for marine sanitation systems. This Total Black edition features a ceramic toilet bowl, an integrated bidet, a built-in MAC 11 macerator pump, and a black Touch SFT control panel.
The flush cycle is activated electronically from the touch panel. Flush water is fed into the bowl, after which the macerator pump breaks down the waste and transports it to the boat’s blackwater tank. Water consumption can be adjusted from 0.5 to 2.7 liters per flush cycle. The toilet is designed for quiet operation and features a spray nozzle that distributes flush water over the bowl surface.
The toilet measures 460 mm in height, 390 mm in width, and 510 mm in depth. The mounting base is approximately 405 × 280 mm, and the net weight of the fully assembled toilet is 25.5 kg. The model is floor-mounted with concealed side fastening and a Fischer L-bracket type. Ceramic dimensions may vary slightly.
The integrated bidet has a spray nozzle with a side-mounted fitting. The hot and cold water connections are 3/8" internal thread. The drain is DN 40, while the drain valve has a 1½" male connection and requires a discharge hose with an internal diameter of approximately 38.5 mm. The toilet can be part of a central freshwater system or used with a separate 24 V intake pump for raw or seawater. Pump item no. 16.525.24 is a documented installation alternative for seawater intake and is not included.
The integrated MAC 11 pump has a maximum stated performance of 270 l/min, a maximum lift of 11 m, and a maximum horizontal discharge distance of 90 m. Practical values depend on hose dimension, gradient, bends, and the specific installation. A 30 A fuse is recommended for the 24 V installation. The recommended cable cross-section is 2.63 mm² for a total conductor distance of 1-2 m and 4.17 mm² for distances over 2 m.
The Touch SFT panel features a glass surface, LED backlighting, and a proximity sensor. The panel supports tank level indication when suitable tank sensors are installed; tank sensors are not documented as included. The toilet must only be used for human waste and toilet paper. Do not use wet wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, or other foreign objects, and clean with non-abrasive, non-petroleum-based agents.
