This telescopic boat cover support with a strap set is placed centrally under a boat tarpaulin or boat cover. The support creates a high point under the cover so that rainwater can run off more easily, and the accumulation of water, leaves, and other debris in depressions is reduced.
The support pole can be adjusted from 71 to 122 cm and is manufactured with telescoping aluminum tubes of Ø 22 and 25 mm. The height is secured with a thumbscrew, allowing the support to be adapted to the shape of the cover and the desired slope.
The upper and lower wheel-shaped supports provide a wider and more stable contact surface. The bottom support is non-slip and designed to limit sliding and the risk of damage to the boat's surface. The system stands freely under the cover and does not require a permanently mounted base.
Included are a total of 20 m of adjustable, 25 mm wide fastening straps with click buckles. The straps are attached to the upper support and led toward the bow and stern of the boat to form a stable, supported profile under the tarpaulin.
The cover support is intended for boats up to 7.5 m in length. The construction comprises hard-anodized aluminum as well as polymer components and marine-nylon fittings.
