This Tessilmare motorboat cover is developed for motorboats with windshields as well as Day Cruiser boats. The tarpaulin protects the boat against weather and wind during storage and is also suitable for transport on a boat trailer. Select the variant that matches the boat's documented hull length and construction.
The tarpaulin is manufactured from heavy-duty 1000-denier Supermare fabric. Depending on the variant, the textile has a documented fabric weight of 345 g/m² and consists of 100% polyester with a vinyl chloride/PVC coating. The material is waterproof as well as resistant to UV exposure and chemicals, while the plasticized surface makes the tarpaulin easier to clean.
The robust construction includes, on selected variants, reinforced corners, double seams, heat-sealed seams, attachment eyelets along the perimeter, and a tensioning cord so that the tarpaulin can be tightened securely around the boat. The tarpaulin must always be fastened securely before trailer transport. No maximum trailer speed is specified.
The tarpaulin is available in several variants for different boat lengths and is supplied with different unfolded dimensions. Therefore, always compare the boat's hull length, width, height, and other construction details with the dimensions of the selected variant. No compatibility with specific boat brands or models is documented.
To create a slope and limit water pooling over, for example, the cockpit area, the tarpaulin can be used together with a separate adjustable support pole. The Tessilmare 140-050-040 with an adjustment range of 90–170 cm is a documented recommended support/telescopic pole, but it is not included.
