This Tessilmare BINO 40 316L stainless steel end cap is a finishing piece for the BINO 40 fender profile system. The end cap is mounted over the end of the profile and provides the fender profile with a finished and protected edge.
The end cap is made of 316L stainless steel and can be used with both the black BINO 40 profile, item no. 44.045.00, and the grey BINO 40 profile, item no. 44.046.00. BINO 40 is the nominal compatibility size; the profile's nominal cross-section is 40 × 22 mm, but this is not the end cap's product dimension.
When installing, the end of the fender profile is first secured with a screw. The end cap is then positioned so that it partially overlaps the end of the profile. The finishing accessory should not be fastened to the side of the profile.
The BINO 40 system consists of a base and a top piece, which conceals the profile's mounting screws. The profile is installed without preheating and is flexible for small curves in two axes. The end cap is supplied as a single finishing piece and has manufacturer number 130-500-515.
