This Tessilmare BINO end cap for PVC fender profile is the black terminal for a BINO 90 fender profile. The end cap is mounted at the end of the profile and gives the BINO system a closed and uniform finish.
The end cap is made of PVC in black RAL 9004 and is a separate, replaceable component in the modular BINO system. It is intended specifically for the BINO 90 profile. The designation 90 refers to the compatible profile series and is not a documented total dimension of the loose end cap.
During installation, the end of the profile is first adjusted and secured. The end cap is then mounted so that it partially overlaps the profile end. It must not be attached to the side of the profile. Mounting parts, profile, and mounting rail are not included.
The end cap can be used with the black BINO 90 fender profile with item no. 44.045.03 and the grey BINO 90 fender profile with item no. 44.046.03. The compatible cross-section of the BINO 90 profiles is 90 × 53 mm; these are profile dimensions and not product dimensions for the end cap. An optional stainless steel mounting profile for BINO 65 and 90 is available under item no. 44.047.01.
The manufacturer's base item number is 130-500-095, while the black variant is designated 130-500-095-B. The BINO profile system has a patented two-part design where the profile insert hides the mounting screws, and the individual system components can be replaced separately.
