This Tessilmare BINO end cap for fender profile is a black PVC end finishing piece for the BINO 65 fender profile system. The end cap seals the end of the profile, providing a finished look for the rub rail installation along the boat hull or other maritime surfaces.
The end cap is specifically designed for the BINO 65 profile with a cross-section of 65 × 37 mm. These dimensions describe the compatible fender profile and not the external dimensions of the end cap itself. The black PVC has the color reference RAL 9004.
For installation, the end of the fender profile is first cut to size and secured. The end cap is then placed so that it partially overlaps the end of the profile; it must not be fastened to the side surface of the profile. The BINO 65 system consists of two interlocking PVC profiles, where the top insert conceals the mounting screws.
The system can normally be installed without preheating, while preheating can facilitate handling during demanding bends. An optional pre-drilled stainless steel mounting profile can be used as a reinforced mounting base. The compatible mounting profile has item no. 44.047.01.
The end cap can be used with the black BINO 65 fender profile with item no. 44.045.01 and the gray BINO 65 fender profile with item no. 44.046.01. The product is supplied as one end cap.
