This end cap for fender profile from Tessilmare is designed for finishing compatible fender and rub rail profiles. The variant fits the Radial 40 system and measures 40 mm in length and 22 mm in height.
The end cap is made of AISI 316L stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface. The design provides a uniform finish to the profile end and is intended for maritime use, where the material is exposed to moisture and saltwater.
The product is compatible with profiles 44.042.xx and 44.485.10. The 44.042.xx series includes Radial 40 profiles, while 44.485.10 is an anodized aluminum profile with separate PVC inserts. The end cap is a system accessory and does not function as an independent fender.
When mounting on the Tessilmare Radial 40, the profile end is cut and secured, after which the end cap is mounted over the end with a partial overlap. The end cap must be placed as a finish over the profile end and not attached to the side of the profile.
