This flexible PVC insert from Tessilmare is the white version C for a modular fender profile and rub rail system. The insert is supplied on a 20 m roll and is intended for mounting in the separate base profile with item no. 44.040.05.
The insert constitutes the visible, flexible part of the system, which is used along the boat's hull or side as a protective fender profile. The flexible PVC construction can be bent without wrinkling and is designed to maintain its shape over time.
The base profile and PVC insert are sold separately and must be mounted together to form the complete profile. The base profile is therefore not included. The compatible base profile is supplied separately in 4 m rods, while this insert is supplied as a single continuous roll of 20 m.
Version C is intended for a base profile height of 40 mm and has a documented insert protrusion of 5 mm. These values describe the total profile system and the compatibility with the base profile, not the individual height or width of the loose insert.
For finishing and assembly, the compatible white end cap with item no. 44.040.01 is available, as well as the white joint cover with item no. 44.042.27. Both parts are sold separately.
