This flexible PVC insert from Tessilmare is the white insert for a modular 30 mm Duralene fender profile system in version A. The insert is supplied coiled in a 20 m length and is used as the visible, flexible part of the boat fender.
The PVC insert is specifically intended for the separate white base profile with item no. 44.030.05. The base profile and insert are sold separately and must be mounted together to form the complete fender profile. The item therefore does not include the rigid base profile itself.
The flexible PVC construction allows the insert to follow the contours of the profile without creasing. The complete profile system is designed to maintain its shape and properties over time.
Version A uses a base profile with a height of 30 mm. When the insert is mounted in the system, the specified protrusion is 5 mm. These dimensions describe the compatibility and the placement of the insert in the complete profile system.
