This Tessilmare Radial joining piece in 316L stainless steel is the version for the Radial 40 fender profile. The joining piece covers the transition between two profile ends and provides a cohesive finish to the hull-mounted fender profile.
The joining piece is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and is intended specifically for the Tessilmare Radial 40. The 40 mm designation indicates the nominal size of the compatible profile and is not a measurement of the joining piece itself.
For installation, cut the profile at the desired joint and secure the profile ends. The joining piece is installed so that it overlaps both profile ends. It must not be secured through the side. Mounting hardware is not documented as part of the delivery.
The Radial 40 system consists of a rigid mounting rail and a separate soft PVC profile. Compatible system parts include mounting rail 44.042.05 as well as the soft profiles 44.042.02 in white, 44.042.03 in grey, and 44.042.04 in black. The matching stainless steel end cap has item no. 44.484.01 and manufacturer no. 130-500-510.
The manufacturer number for the joining piece is 130-500-610. The item is supplied as one joining piece and should not be confused with an end cap or the PVC joining piece 130-500-310.
