Tessilmare Radial joint cover in AISI 316L stainless steel is a joint cover for the Radial 52 fender profile. The cover is mounted over a profile joint and provides a finished covering between the ends of the soft profile.
The joint cover is manufactured in AISI 316L stainless steel and is designed specifically for the Tessilmare Radial 52. The designation 52 indicates the nominal size of the compatible profile and should not be interpreted as a complete set of product dimensions for the cover itself.
When installing, the joint cover must partially overlap the profile end. It is installed as a finishing accessory after the profile ends have been cut and secured, and it must not be fastened from the side. The cover has a visible countersunk mounting hole on the top side.
The Radial 52 system consists of a rigid mounting rail and a soft PVC profile that is pressed onto the rail. This joint cover is a separate system component and must not be confused with the stainless steel end cap.
