Stainless steel joint cover for Tessilmare Radial fender profile is developed for the Radial 65 system. The cover is placed over the joint between two profile sections and provides a finished, protected termination of the connection point.
The joint cover is manufactured from 316L stainless steel with a natural polished steel surface. The material is suitable for maritime use, where the component is exposed to moisture and salt water.
During installation, the ends of the soft Radial profile are first secured with one or two screws. The joint cover is then mounted over the profile ends so that it partially overlaps them. The cover must not be secured from the side.
The product is an accessory for the Tessilmare Radial 65 and is not a complete fender profile. The Radial system consists of a separate mounting rail and a soft PVC outer profile. Compatible system parts include mounting rail 44.065.05 as well as the outer profiles 44.065.02, 44.065.03, and 44.065.04.
The manufacturer's part number is 130-500-630. For the same Radial 65 system, there are, among other things, a stainless end cap 44.484.03 and a PVC end cap 44.055.01.
