This 316L stainless steel joint cover for Radial fender profile is an original Tessilmare component for the Radial 80 system. The cover is mounted over a joint between profile sections and provides a finished transition in the fender profile.
The joint cover is manufactured from 316L stainless steel with a natural stainless steel finish. It is included as a separate accessory part in the Radial system, which consists of a rigid mounting rail and a soft profile insert. The Radial 80 profile size indicates compatibility and is not a documented product measurement for the cover itself.
During installation, the profile ends are secured first. The joint cover is then positioned to partially overlap the profile end and cover the joint. The accessory must not be fastened from the side.
The cover fits the Tessilmare Radial 80 fender profile with rigid rail 130-141-026 and soft profile insert 130-141-027. The corresponding system components have item no. 44.080.05 for the rigid mounting rail and 44.080.04 for the black PVC profile insert. The components are ordered separately and assembled as a complete fender profile system.
The manufacturer's item number is 130-500-640. For the Radial 80, there is also a stainless steel end cap set with manufacturer number 130-500-580 as well as the related end cap with item no. 44.484.04.
