This Tessilmare Sphæra 25 end cap in 316L stainless steel for Slim base finishes the end of a Sphæra 25 fender or rub rail profile. The end cap covers the end of the profile and is supplied individually.
The end cap is manufactured from 316L stainless steel. It measures 49 mm in length and 27 mm in width and has a mounting hole of Ø 5 mm. The profile dimension of 25 mm indicates compatibility with the Sphæra 25 system and is not the width of the end cap itself.
This variant is intended for the Sphæra 25 profile mounted on a Slim PVC base or without a PVC base. It should not be confused with the separate end cap solution for the Standard base.
For installation, apply silicone to the fitted profile end and then mount the end cap with a partial overlap over the end of the profile. The end cap must not be secured from the side. Self-drilling A4 screws are recommended for the Sphæra installation, while A2 screws are discouraged. A mounting screw is not documented as part of the scope of delivery.
The end cap is used in conjunction with the Sphæra 25 profile item no. 44.060.25 and Slim base item no. 44.062.25. The corresponding joint cover has item no. 44.063.25.
