This Tessilmare Sphæra 25 316L stainless steel joint cover is intended for joints between profile rails in the Sphæra 25 fender profile system. The joint cover covers the gap at the joint and provides a seamless finish to the stainless profile.
The joint cover helps keep the abutting profile rails correctly aligned. The design simultaneously reduces the need for unnecessary or double screw holes around the joint. One joint cover is used per profile rail.
The accessory is suitable for the Sphæra 25 system, regardless of whether the profile rail is mounted directly without a PVC base or together with a Slim or Standard PVC base. The compatible Sphæra 25 profile rail has item no. 44.060.25 and manufacturer no. 130-130-125.
The manufacturer number is 130-500-125 and also appears as T130-500-125. The same joint cover is also documented for Tessilmare Qbe Steel 25 and Binox 25.
During installation, the profile rails are adjusted to length, after which the joints are finished with the joint cover. For the Sphæra profile installation itself, A4 self-drilling screws are used, and screw holes as well as profile ends can be sealed with silicone. The stainless steel can be maintained with polishing cream.
