This Tessilmare Sphæra 316L stainless steel end cap for Slim base is size variant 35 and is used to finish the end of a Sphæra 35 fender profile. The end cap provides a closed finish to the profile installation and is supplied as a single piece.
The end cap is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and is part of the patented Sphæra profile system. It is specifically intended for Sphæra 35 installed without a PVC base or with a Sphæra 35 Slim PVC base. It is not the end cap for the full Standard PVC base.
During assembly, the profile end is sealed with silicone, after which the end cap is fitted so that it partially overlaps the end of the profile. The end cap must not be secured through the side. After installation, the steel surface can be treated with polishing cream and polished to a high shine.
The manufacturer number is 130-500-635. The corresponding Sphæra 35 fender profile has item no. 44.060.35, while the compatible white Slim PVC base has item no. 44.062.35. For joints between profile sections, use the separate joint cover 44.063.35.
