This SPHAERA stainless steel end piece set for standard base is designed for finishing the Tessilmare SPHAERA 35 fender profile. The set consists of a right and a left end piece and provides a custom finish for the two ends of the profile.
The end pieces are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and are part of the patented SPHAERA system. This variant is specifically designed for the SPHAERA 35 profile with the standard PVC base. The nominal profile size is 35 mm, also referred to as 1-3/8"; this measurement describes the compatible profile and not the external dimensions of the end pieces.
To install, trim the profile to the desired length and remove any loose PVC material from the cut end. Apply silicone, then fit the end piece so that it partially overlaps the end of the profile. The end piece must not be fastened through the side.
The set is used together with the SPHAERA 35 profile, item no. 44.060.35, and the standard base, item no. 44.061.35. It is not intended for the Slim base, which uses the separate end piece, item no. 44.064.35.
The stainless steel surface can be maintained with polishing cream. The set contains 2 pieces in a right/left configuration.
