This stainless steel SPHAERA end cap for slim base from Tessilmare is designed for finishing the SPHAERA 50 fender profile. The shaped end cap provides a rounded finish to the end of the profile and is supplied as a single piece.
The end cap is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and features one central mounting hole. It is intended for mounting directly onto the SPHAERA 50 profile without a PVC base or together with the SPHAERA 50 Slim PVC base. The 50 mm profile size is a compatibility indicator and not a measurement of the end cap itself.
During installation, the end of the steel profile is finished with silicone, after which the end cap is mounted so that it overlaps a portion of the profile end. The end cap must not be secured from the side. A4 screws should be used for the SPHAERA system; A2 screws should not be used. Mounting screw not included.
The end cap is not intended for the SPHAERA 50 standard base. Installation with the standard/PVC base requires the separate two-part end cap set with item no. 44.065.50. Directly related system parts include the SPHAERA 50 profile 44.060.50, the slim PVC base 44.062.50, and the joint cover 44.063.50.
The manufacturer number is 130-500-650. The surface can be maintained using a polishing cream intended for stainless steel.
