This Tessilmare Sphæra 50 stainless steel end cap set for standard base finishes the left and right ends of a Sphæra 50 rub rail profile. The set consists of two end caps and is manufactured from 316L stainless steel with a polished finish.
The end caps are system accessories for the Sphæra 50 profile when the stainless steel profile is used in conjunction with the standard PVC base. They are not intended for the slim base or for mounting the stainless steel profile without a PVC base. For these configurations, the separate end cap with item no. 44.064.50 is used.
For installation, apply silicone to the end surface of the profile, then position the end cap so that it partially overlaps the profile end. The end cap must not be secured through the side. Correct installation provides a finished transition at the ends of the profile.
The set has manufacturer number 130-500-750. Directly compatible system parts include the 3 m Sphæra 50 profile with item no. 44.060.50, the standard PVC base with item no. 44.061.50, and the joint/top cap with item no. 44.063.50.
The polished surface can be cleaned and maintained with a polishing cream intended for stainless steel. When cleaning the associated PVC base, a correctly diluted liquid degreaser should be used to avoid damaging the profile.
