Sphæra stainless steel joint cover from Tessilmare is designed for joints between Sphæra 50 profile rails. The joint cover hides the gap between the rails and helps to keep them correctly aligned.
The joint cover is made of 316L stainless steel for use in the maritime environment. It is part of the Sphæra system and can be used when the Sphæra 50 profile is mounted directly without a PVC base or together with a Slim or Standard PVC base.
For installation, the joint cover is placed centrally over the joint after the profile rails have been cut to length and secured. The design provides a uniform finish at the rail joint, reduces the need for unnecessary mounting holes, and avoids a visually distracting double screw pattern.
