The models with a return brake are suitable for use where there is a chance that the load will run away. Must be driven in and out using handles.
All DL trailer winches are TUFFPLATE zinc treated as standard. The zinc treated yellow chrome salt “TUFFPLATE” design is 3 times more resistant than normal zinc treated winches and is 30% more resistant to corrosion. All winches without a return brake allow the wheel to freewheel when the pawl is not engaged.
