This bellows for Volvo Penta drives is an exhaust bellows for the DP-G and DPX-A drive models. It is used as a spare part in the drive's exhaust connection and replaces Volvo Penta OEM no. 3860384 as well as the previous original number 3858139.
The exhaust bellows has a nominal size of Ø83 × 160 mm and is made of rubber. The measurement is an overall product notation and should not be interpreted as a separate inner diameter and free length. The bellows is mounted between the transom shield and the drive using hose clamps.
The relevant Volvo Penta hose clamps for the OEM application are 22274886 for the transom shield side and 22274887 for the drive side. The hose clamps are not documented as part of the scope of delivery and should therefore be checked or ordered separately as needed.
