This exhaust muffler for wet exhaust systems is designed for marine installations with a Ø 45 mm hose or pipe connection and engines up to 35 HP. It reduces engine exhaust noise with minimal impact on backpressure.
The muffler has an internal water volume of 3 litres. The volume of water helps to reduce the risk of siphoning and water flowing back towards the engine when the engine is stopped.
The design consists of a cylindrical body in reinforced rubber and stainless steel end caps. The connections are positioned axially opposite each other and have a diameter of 45 mm at both ends.
The total length is 400 mm, while the central muffler body is 250 mm long and has a diameter of 127 mm. The total height dimension including the body and mounting brackets is 145 mm. The brackets can be rotated according to installation conditions, providing flexibility for placement in the engine compartment.
