This exhaust bellows is a flexible connection piece for the exhaust system on Volvo Penta AQ 31/41 series engine and drive installations. It replaces Volvo Penta OEM 858955 and is used as an exhaust hose between the relevant components in the exhaust routing.
The bellows is intended for installations where OEM reference 858955 is specified. It is used with, among others, the AQAD41A and AD41A together with AQ drive 290A or DP290A, as well as the AD31B with SP-A2 or DP-A2. The reference also appears in installations with TMD41B, TAMD41B, D41B, and AD41B together with SP-A2 or DP-A2.
Installation is carried out using two hose clamps around the bellows. The clamp numbers depend on the installation: Volvo Penta 943483 is used in the described 290A/DP290A installations, while Volvo Penta 853012 is used in the described SP-A2/DP-A2 installations. Check the specific engine and drive configuration to select the correct mounting parts.
