This exhaust sleeve is a lower 4″ spare part for MerCruiser engine exhaust systems. It is used in sterndrive installations with OEM reference 32-14358T.
The sleeve forms the flexible exhaust connection between a 4″ exhaust elbow and a 4″ Y-pipe. The 4″ connection size nominally corresponds to 101.6 mm and describes the connection, not the maximum outer dimensions of the sleeve.
Installation is carried out using hose clamps around the ends of the sleeve. Clamps and other mounting hardware are not documented as being included. Clamp 54-815504372 is associated with this type of 4″ exhaust sleeve, but the correct quantity should be verified in the spare parts diagram for the specific engine installation.
Compatible engine models
The spare part is used in serial-number-dependent MerCruiser V6 and V8 installations, including selected 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L, 6.2L, 7.4L, 350 MAG, 454 MAG, 357, and 383 MAG variants. Compatibility must be determined based on the engine serial number, exhaust elbow, Y-pipe, and the prescribed OEM number.
