This wool polishing bonnet in fine wool has a diameter of 18 cm and is intended as a polishing accessory for treating boat surfaces. It is used together with the separate backing pad, item no. 65.230.24.
The fine wool provides a more active polishing effect than the orange foam pad when the bonnet is used as part of the FAST CUT 1500 system. The system is developed for polishing after P1500 sanding and for treating, among other things, streaks and oxidation on soft or colored gelcoat as well as painted surfaces.
The bonnet can be used as an optional polishing accessory for FAST CUT 1500 sanding and polishing paste in 0.5 kg and 1 kg sizes, item nos. 65.221.05 and 65.221.10. The documented working speed for this combined paste and accessory system is 800-1500 rpm; this is not an indication of the bonnet's maximum speed.
The product is supplied as one polishing bonnet. Backing pad, polishing paste, and other polishing accessories are not included.
