This Ultraflex SilverSteer high-pressure hydraulic hose kit for hydraulic steering consists of two flexible hydraulic hoses, each 6.5 m in length. This variant has the model designation KIT OB-SVS-65 and is intended for single-station installation in compatible SilverSteer and MasterDrive steering systems.
The hoses are designed for high-pressure use and reinforced with Kevlar. They are supplied with pre-assembled, pre-crimped fittings, so the hose ends are ready for installation without the need for separate crimping of fittings.
Both ends are equipped with strain reliefs, which protect the hoses from sharp bends and pinching at the connections. In a single-station installation, the kit is used for the hydraulic connection between the helm pump and the system's cylinder or power unit, depending on the system configuration.
The hose kit is intended for Ultraflex SilverSteer and MasterDrive systems with helm pumps whose relief valve is set to 1500 psi, corresponding to approximately 105 bar. The pressure rating describes system compatibility and is not an indication of the hoses' maximum working pressure.

Documented related SilverSteer pumps include UP28 FSVS, UP28T-SVS, UP33 FSVS, UP33T-SVS, UP39 FSVS and UP39T-SVS with part numbers 45.275.01, 45.275.11, 45.275.02, 45.275.12, 45.275.03 and 45.275.13. Related UC130-SVS cylinders include 45.276.06, 45.276.07, 45.276.08 and 45.276.09.
Installation with an additional steering station
When installing an additional steering station, further hydraulic components are required. Depending on the system configuration, this includes, among other things, another KIT OB-SVS of an appropriate length, the connection kit KIT OB-2S (part no. 45.290.15), additional hydraulic oil, and possibly extra T-fittings.
