Underwater LED lights for swim ladders are a compact, battery-powered lighting solution for telescopic swim ladders. The set includes 2 lights that illuminate the ladder rungs and the area in the water around the ladder when the swim ladder is lowered into the water.
The LED lights turn on automatically upon contact with water. Each light has an integrated and sealed battery with a stated lifespan of 100 hours, meaning no separate switch, wiring, or connection to the boat's electrical system is required. The battery is enclosed, and it is not specified whether it can be replaced or recharged.
Installation is performed by pressing or clicking the lights directly onto the ladder rung from above. The compact design does not require a separate mounting bracket and takes up only limited additional space. The solution is available for telescopic swim ladders with standard 38 mm rungs as well as 57 mm XL double rungs, depending on the chosen variant.
Each light is made of plastic and measures nominally 39 × 19 mm. The 38 mm or 57 mm dimension refers to the compatible ladder rung and not the dimensions of the lamp itself. The design is patent-protected and developed specifically for use on swim ladders.
The product is covered by a declaration of conformity for EC directive 2014/53/EU and the standards EN 301 489-1, EN 301 489-3, and EN 300 440-2.
