Universal blackwater tank for mounting around a toilet is a custom-fit holding tank for onboard blackwater systems. The tank has a capacity of 26 liters and product dimensions of 50 cm in width, 40 cm in depth, and 25 cm in height.
The large interior cutout allows the tank to be placed around the toilet module, ensuring efficient use of space near the toilet. The tank can be used with both manual and electric marine toilets from Par, Raritan, RM, and Groco. It is also compatible with toilet models 50.207.25, 50.217.25, 50.207.12, and 50.205.12.
The tank’s technical drawing shows four connections consisting of 1 × 3/4", 1 × 1/2", and 2 × 1 1/2". The specific function of the connections depends on the installation layout and is not pre-determined as inlet, outlet, vent, or sensor port.
For a standard installation with a manual or electric toilet, a bypass/diverter valve and a discharge pump are required. The discharge pump can be omitted if the tank is emptied exclusively through a deck waste fitting using a shore-based suction system. The installation also requires a suitable level sensor.

For a manual toilet, bypass/Y-valve 50.233.38 can be used, while 3-way diverter valve 17.229.02 is specified for electric toilets. Documented pump options include the Whale hand pump 50.527.00 with a flow rate of 56 l/min and the Whale MKV diaphragm pump 15.268.01 with a flow rate of up to 75 l/min. A corresponding pump suitable for the installation can also be used.
