The integrated filter grid retains larger impurities before they reach the subsequent hose and pump. This helps protect the pump system against foreign objects that could otherwise block or damage the installation. An integrated non-return valve limits backflow through the suction line.
The suction strainer is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel and features a heavy, precision-cast construction. The base measures 115 × 100 mm. These are the dimensions of the mounting surface and not the total length and width of the product.
The connection fits hoses or pipes with a nominal diameter of 25 mm. During installation, the hose dimension and the horizontal routing direction must be checked to ensure the product fits the specific pump system.
