This waterproof deck plug set in chrome-plated brass is a 3-pin electrical connection for mounting through or on a boat deck. The set consists of a fixed socket and a cable-mounted plug and is rated for a maximum of 10 A.
The plug components are made of chrome-plated brass. The fixed socket has a round base with a diameter of 40 mm and is mounted with three screws. A separate gasket is used between the base and the mounting surface.
The cable-mounted plug is designed for a cable with an outer diameter of 7 mm. The 3-pin configuration provides a connection for three electrical conductors.
When the cable plug is disconnected, the fixed socket can be closed with the included screw-on protective cap. The cap is attached to the socket with a chain so that it remains at the installation when the connection is in use.
