This watertight deck plug set in chrome-plated brass consists of a free cable plug and a fixed socket for electrical connections on board. The 4-pin connection is rated for max. 20 A and is suitable when a detachable cable needs to be connected to a permanently mounted socket on deck.
The housing is made of chrome-plated brass, while the electrical contacts are made of bronze. The four poles are mechanically keyed and therefore cannot be connected incorrectly. The cable plug features a pressure screw-based cable clamp, which secures the cable in the plug part.
The fixed socket has a base with an outer diameter of 46 mm. The cable connection is intended for cables with Ø 9 mm. The base dimension indicates the diameter of the base itself and not the diameter of a mounting hole.
The set is supplied with both necessary connection parts: a free 4-pin plug for the cable side and a fixed 4-pin socket for the installation side. It must be used as a complete 4-pin system and must not be mixed with 2- or 3-pin variants.
